Refund policy

We have a 12-day return policy, which means you have 12 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@feudfightgear.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

Custom or customised products cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. If you feel the product is faulty please email info@feudfightgear.com as soon as possible. If you are unsure what size to get for your custom item, please size up! Thai shorts can run small especially if you have large hips, bum, legs. 

Any spelling errors (by you) must be emailed to us within 12 hours of purchase to avoid the wrong customisation being added. Any custom products created with incorrect spelling will not be refunded or exchange. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Returns
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return has been accepted or not. You shall receive a store credit for the price of the returned item (minus the original shipping cost). 

No refunds are issued for items that are made to order. All items which are made to order are stated in product description.
